Scotch
Scotch is a partner based points game. With five points available on every hole, matches can swing from one hole to the next.
Rules & Scoring
Playing Rules
Every hole has five points allocated, one for each of the following scoring metrics:
- Low net individual score
- Low net combined score of all team players
- Lowest total team putts
- Closest to the pin in regulation
- Any golfer on team makes a net birdie
Ties on any scoring metrics result in 0 points for both teams for that metric
- For example, if on any hole both teams record the same low net score, rather than both teams receiving 1 point, both teams receive 0 points
Optional “Sweep”
- If any team wins all five points, the total points won doubles to 10 for that hole
Feel free to add, remove or modify the scoring metrics
- For example, receive a point for getting up and down for par from off the green in regulation
